Definitely exceeded my expectations - Harvey serviced my car. He told me what he'll be checking for and explained to me why each item was important to look at. Not only did I leave the mechanics feeling the difference in the drive and handling of the car, I drove away feeling pretty impressed. Really positive experience after my service with these guys. For my servicing I was recommended to Xceed Auto Care and David took care of my Lancer Ralliart. I explained what I needed and what needs to be looked at and he did exactly that, the service was all done in a single day too! Everything was checked out, with all parts explained really well - made some great recommendations on what issues needed to be fixed or how long before a part needed replacement. It's rare to find such a trustworthy mechanic such as David who is not only out for my money but genuinely wants to provide top notch servicing and upkeep of my car. After the service my Ralliart's performance was awesome! I could instantly tell while driving that it was smoother, stronger and much more responsive than before. It's really hard to find an honest mechanic who doesn't overcharge, exaggerate or blatantly lie! My experience with mechanics was a horrible one, I had moved from mechanic to mechanic over the years getting ripped off or substandard service everytime it seemed and I was disillusioned with the whole industry, then I met Joe :) Fast forward 10 years and Joe is like a family member now and there is nothing I wouldn't trust him with, he is nice bloke and a great mechanic and if he can do it for free he will! Joe has since retired but the great service and honesty has been instilled in all who worked with Joe and thankfully his legacy lives on in David and crew. My BMW X5 had problems with cooling system. After ripped off by many other mechanics, I was referred to Xceed Auto Care in West Footscray. My car was taken care of by two young boys called David and Preet. The mechanics fixed every bit of the problem at a very reasonable price - much less than what other mechanics had charged me in the past. My car had been giving me troubles since early 2012 - I even got it repaired from company dealerships several times, but nothing improved. After shelling out 1000's of dollars I decided to go to a private mechanic and a friend of mine referred Xceed Auto Care to me.
